Capital One is looking for an Associate to join our HR Team and effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams, and participate in HR projects that enhance the recruiting and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong planning, organization, and communication skills, laser customer focus, and meticulous attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in planning, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process

  • Serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages

  • Partner with the Learning & Development team, and other HR functions to support the onboarding and integration process for new associates into Capital One

  • Serve as a beacon of the Capital One Values in all interactions with candidates and new Capital One associates

  • Help HR Leaders identify and implement process improvements that enhance the associate experience and/or operational efficiency

  • Support management of relevant departmental data systems, including candidate tracking database, budget tracking, decision-making tools and ad-hoc reporting requests

  • Partner with internal clients and HR Business Partners to deliver top-notch associate experiences

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 1 + years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Suite

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing
