Your Role
You will be responsible for first line support to our regional companies and efficiently resolving all requests and queries. Together with the team, you will build improvement possibilities in order to offer the best quality and efficiency in the service provided.Your Responsibilities
+ Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.+ Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
+ Enters customer and account data.
+ Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
+ Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
+ Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
+ Secures information by completing data base backups.
+ Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
+ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
+ Follow and implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
+ Follow and implement Kuehne+Nagel Code of Conduct
Your Skills and Experiences
+ University degree in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset+ Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain will be considered an asset
+ Excellent knowledge of the English language
+ Excellent knowledge of MS office and computer literate
+ Very good communication skills both written and oral
+ Consistent and punctual
+ Team player
+ Customer oriented
