About the Role
Location: Mexico City, #LI-Hybrid This role is based in Mexico. Novartis is unable to offer

We are seeking a Customer Experience Expert to serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and People & Organization (P&O) HR community to create a positive customer experience through problem understanding and resolution, communicating promptly with progress updates and engaging customers with a courteous and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities: • As part of the People & Organization (HR) services team this role executes administrative tasks and supports processes as per the Novartis Service Catalogue. • Ensure the quality performance and to participate in projects and own specific deliverables within People & Organization Services work streams. • Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts • Perform user administration tasks (e.g. access management). -Track service requests and troubleshoots – analyze error messages and questions.

Role Requirements
Essential requirements: • University degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human resources area (or similar service providing organizations)
• 1+ years’ experience with SAP, WorkDay or Success Factors
• Excellent Spanish and English spoken and written
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team – high-learning agility, Ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize.
• Have worked in Shared Services environment
