Plastics injection molding company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for the overall administration, execution and evaluation of the Human Resources function. Areas of responsibility include talent management, labor relations, compensation, benefits, wellness, safety and environment.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations.
- Knowledge in safety and security.
Functions and responsibilities:
1. Safe Workplace / Safe Behaviors
- Address the completion of IMSS ST7, including accident investigation, return to work (ST2) programs and accident prevention initiatives, in conjunction with EHS.
