Job Responsibilities: 1. Development, evaluation, and implementation of policies, procedures, and structures for the HR department.
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, off boarding, education and training, compensation and benefits, employee relations, retention assessment, and compliance.
3. Handle tasks related to payroll, attendance, insurance, and tax reporting.
4. Oversee annual staff performance review, coordinate improvement plans, and monitor the progress of development.
5. Analyze HR metrics and create and implement action plans based on those metrics in line with the Function and/or business objectives.
6. Management of company documents and processing of co-signed files
7. Budgeting, procurement, repairs, and management of general equipment, consumables, and office supplies.
8. Food coupon and uniform management, saving fund application, IMSS declaration
9. Manage the use of dormitories and company vehicles.
10. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
11. Union application and coordination.
12. Other assigned tasks by supervisors.
Additional Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in full-function HR.
2. Familiar with Mexican labor laws.
3. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
4. This position requires long-term assignment in Saltillo, Mexico.
