Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Trade Compliance Teams interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping and prepare applications for IMPORT/EXPORT control certifications and licenses.
The Import/Export I analyst will carry out import and export operations for 1 or more business units, provide internal customer service, provide customs solutions and manage the operation. Maintain optimal customs compliance in processes, propose improvements and develop work instructions according to business needs.
Main responsibilities.
Coordination with the designated Cross Dock to carry out daily imports
Coordination with the different customs agencies for shipments (road)
Preparation of proforma import and export invoice
Closing of consolidated petitions
scheduling of materials for import
Filling in KPIs
SAP reports
Annex 24 Reports
What your background should look like:
Bachelor's degree in international trade, customs, logistics, administration or similar
English Language 80%
Practitioner experience
Management of customs law and general rules (beginner level).
Knowledge of tariff classification (Beginner level)
Use of Windows computer programs (Basic level).
SAP system management (Beginner level).
