TE Connectivity's Trade Compliance Teams interpret laws, rules, and regulations regarding shipping and prepare applications for IMPORT/EXPORT control certifications and licenses.The Import/Export II analyst will carry out import and export operations for 1 or more business units, provide internal customer service, provide customs solutions and manage the operation. Maintain optimal customs compliance in processes, propose improvements and develop work instructions according to business needs.
Main responsibilities.
- Coordination with the designated Cross Dock to carry out daily imports
- Coordination with the different customs agencies for shipments (road, air and sea)
- Preparation of proforma import and export invoice
- Closing of consolidated petitions
- scheduling of materials for import
- KPI filling
- SAP reports
