Position: Inbound Sales Representative - Latam
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zone)

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

As a small but mighty Arizona-based business specializing in rolling shutters, we're looking for an Inbound Sales Representative who embodies our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Your Role:

  • Communicator: Be the first point of contact for our website visitors, answering their queries via chat, phone, email, and text with charm and efficiency.
  • Lead Liaison: Reach out to inbound leads through email, text, and phone, becoming their trusted advisor in their journey with our company.
  • Resource Distributor: Share insightful resources with prospects, guiding them towards informed decisions and helping close sales.
  • Product Expert: Answer detailed questions about our products, their installation, and shipping processes, ensuring clarity and confidence in our services.
  • Quote Creator: Use your skills in our ERP system to create accurate and compelling quotes based on customer inputs.
  • Persistent Follow-Up: Keep in touch with potential customers through phone, text, and email, updating and finalizing quotes to seal the deal.
  • Technical Referrer: For advanced queries, confidently refer customers to our sales engineers, ensuring they receive specialized assistance.
  • CRM Champion: Diligently capture and organize all activities in our CRM system, maintaining a clear record of customer interactions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Near-native fluency in English.
  • Experience in home service or home improvement sales.
  • Proficiency in sales, follow-ups, and quoting.
  • Familiarity with custom CRM or ERP systems for lead and quote management.
  • Skilled in using texting, phone, and email for sales and follow-ups.
  • Experience dealing with both residential and commercial customers.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • College coursework or completed degree preferred.
  • A curious and intelligent approach to learning and discussing our products.
  • Ability to memorize and accurately convey product information to customers.
  • Availability during Arizona business hours (Pacific Time March-October, Mountain Time October-March), 8 am to 4 pm M-F.
  • A high-speed, reliable internet connection and a professional workspace.
