Your task will be:

• Develop VSMs at the assigned site.
• Make improvements and updates to the Lay out.
• Lead Kaizen Events
• Training of plant teams in Lean Manufacturing techniques and tools.
• Equipment capacity study
• Implementation and monitoring of savings projects.
• Plant method and capacity analysis
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 policies, procedures and requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Finished professional career
• 2 years of experience as Industrial and CI Engineer
• Bilingual (fluent english essential)
• Experience in advanced problem solving
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems.
• Management of AutoCAD and Minitab
