Continuous Improvement Lead

To establish and maintain a Continuous Improvement culture in ABB, focusing on customers and quality, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress. In this role you will develop a common and consistent approach to Continuous Improvement and strategy. Customize strategy and help to spread best practices.

Your responsibilities

• Lean Manufacturing Strategy.
• Process standardization.
• Automation in processes.
• Continuous improvement methodology (Management with suppliers, design of workstations, layout adjustment, opportunity to make processes more efficient).

Your background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material, Industrial, Electronical engineering from and accredited university or college.
• Ten years of experience working in Continuous Improvement an process.
• ISO-9001 or IATF Experience.
• Continuous Improvement theoretical and practical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• AutoCad or SolidWorks similar design software 2D.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Green Belt is desirable.
• Leadership Training and skills.
• Customer focus, sense of urgency and Strong oral and written communication.
• Business Conversational English.
