Job Description

We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can handle a high-velocity customer service/sales approach while providing an excellent customer experience! Our Tactical Transaction team ISAE’s are at the forefront of our customer experience new customers of Zendesk. In the role, you will become a product expert and articulate the value of Zendesk to an informed buyer. You will do this by providing several touch points across the customer journey to help them have an informed buying decision. Ideal candidates joining our team will bring a consistent track record in achieving targets; Software/SaaS experience is a plus. Travel to a Zendesk office is required.

Segment: Enterprise, Midmarket, Commercial; Responsible for uncovering and closing <$12K opps and uncovering and passting >$12K opportunities to field AEs.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage Zendesk prospects in an effort to generate demand.

  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive pipeline and bookings.

  • Become an expert on Zendesk products

  • Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions

  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role, including but not limited to: outbound activities, conversion rates, generated bookings, generated pipe-generation.

Required

  • Excellent written communication skills in English

  • Will require working with clients/prospects across Zendesk’s global market  

  • 1+ years of sales and business prospection experience; software/SaaS experience preferred

  • Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes

  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task
