We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our LATAM Sales Team, reporting to the Director of Regional Sales in LATAM.  In this remote role, you will be responsible for hunting and closing new sales opportunities for Infoblox’s exciting SaaS offerings. You will nurture prospects throughout the purchasing cycle, maintain forecasts, carry a sales quota, and close business. You will remove technical barriers in the sales process through opportunity qualification, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have a passion for sales and technology, are highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail. You think on your feet and have the commitment and curiosity to become an Infoblox product expert.

 
What you’ll do:

  • Qualify and vigorously pursue sales leads generated by marketing programs
  • Achieve quarterly booking quotas
  • Prospect and acquire new customers by heavy outbound calling and email, and other methods to target, qualify and sell to new logo prospects
  • Prospect into an assigned territory to identify opportunities for the solution.
  • Build relationships with channel partners to drive new logo demand
  • Collaborate with the channel for fulfillment
  • Pitch opportunities using collaboration technology
  • Demo new products and technologies
  • Provide quotes
  • Run evaluations/trial
  • Forecast pipeline
  • Close/Win 


What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in an outbound quota-carrying sales environment positioning a service or networking technology solution
  • Experience calling on senior Executives and technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations
  • Excellent Inside Sales and telephone selling skills are a must
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com
  • Capable and willing to function according to measurable objectives
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication and customer service skills 
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English and live in LATAM


What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

  • Get qualified meetings with net new logo prospects
  • Manage an existing customer business review that leads to new opportunities –
  • Forecast an accurate Commit
  • Manage from the top of the funnel to close
  • Research & understand customer business drivers and map them to our products for business outcomes

After about a year, you will…

  • Build a Pipeline that is 5 x goal
  • Be recognized by your customers as a valuable partner, not simply a vendor
  • Improve sales velocity from the top of the funnel to close
  • Have relationships with decision-makers in key accounts
  • Be able to successfully leverage the partner community to meet new logo prospects
