The position is based in Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. Candidates should have experience in cold calling and selling Logistics Services to prospective customers, quoting and encouraging customers to buy over the phone. Applicants should be self-starters, detail-oriented, comfortable with tight deadlines, and able to work and communicate well with other team members.Qualifies leads and solicits OEC Group’s services over the telephone by performing the following duties. Looking for candidates with a passion for sales over the phone and a drive to succeed. Other duties may be assigned.· Soliciting OEC Group's services which include Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution & Warehousing, LTL Transportation, and Cargo Insurance and Customs Brokerage.· Calls prospective customers in designated market areas to qualify leads and explain the type of service offered.· Quotes prices and encourages customers to buy.· Develop lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.· Prepares reports on sales activities.· Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.· Responsible for meeting the monthly quotas given by the Station Manager.· Responsible for entering information about potential leads in the active CRM, Sugar.Work ScheduleGDL Office 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CSTQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
