Job Summary
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico.
Start Date August 6, 2024
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As Intern - Project Managementyou will:
* Follow up on shipment status.
* Verify goods during unload process VS packing list.
* Support on equipment supply for installation time.
Bachelor Studies in: Mechatronics, Mechanical or related.
Advanced English & Spanish language level is a must.
As Intern - Autonomous Maintenanceyou will:
* Focus in cost savings and follow up for improvements and procedures development.
* Follow up for Efficiency and MTBI
* Support for Autonomous Maintenance Pillar
Bachelor Studies in: Engineering or related
Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
As Intern - Continuous Improvementyou will:
* Support the governance of all Continuous Improvement program in Queretaro Factory (Mexico).
* Report automation or app development for facilitate and support the governance of all Continuous Improvement program.
* Work in a project to improve some indicator analyzing chart in different levels, tendencies and documents.
Bachelor Studies in: Engineering or related
Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
As Intern - Continuous Improvement Printing you will:
* Perform support activities related to Quality control and operational standards compliance.
* These activities will be executed on a Flexographic production line
* Learning about production process
Bachelor Studies in: Industrial, Manufacturing engineering or related
Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
As Intern - Continuous Improvement Finishing you will:
* Contribute cost reduction and optimization in consumables.
* Looking opportunities to eliminate or reduce consumption.
* Complete capacity analysis reports.
Bachelor Studies in: Engineering or related
Advanced English & Spanish language level is a must.
As Intern - Quality you will:
* Ensure the implementation of Zero-Defect System at the Converting production cells.
* Statistical Process Control management for Coating area, including recipe creation.
* Work with Quality Engineers and Quality Improvement Leaders to obtain the proposed activities.
Bachelor Studies in: Industrial, Mechatronics, Chemical or related.
Advanced English & Spanish language level is a must.
As Intern – Human Resources you will:
* Review, drafting and adaptation of documents in accordance with the requirements of the site management system.
* Follow up on the factory wellbeing program.
* Update and upload of local regulations documents (Internal Regulations, policies, procedures) according to SGI requirements.
Bachelor Studies in: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Communication or related.
Advanced English & Spanish language level is a must.
We believe you have
- Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
- Bachelor’s studies in one of the recommended majors for the position selected.
- Have availability to complete 1-year contract.
- Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge.
- Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
- Skills: Organized, good communication skills, proactive, willing to learn.
- Expected graduation date between May 2025 and December 2025.
