Responsibilities:

TheOpportunity


  • This role ensures safeguard the GBS strategy in order to help PepsiCo to accomplish their objectives and minimizing routine and non-routine risks of all processes migrating to the HUB by promoting operational efficiency and to increase the Control Maturity Level in the HUB,
  • Accountable for providing services, advice, coordination, define strategies direction and implementation to the GBS Internal Control Agenda and sharing best practices to other HUB’s.


Your Impact


As Internal Control Coordinator your responsibilities would consist of:


  • Responsible for leading and performing MBS (Mexico Business Services) project activities according with Annual Plan
  • Ensure and validation of Process Maps and Desktop Detail (DTP) in each wave of migration by country and per process across Americas
  • Coordinate to the Business at the controls creation/implementation aligned with Global Control Standard (GCS)
  • Responsible of monitor, report, incidents including analysis of trends, data analytics, data mining and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Responsible of developing, maintaining and test the Company´s Enterprise Risk Management Agenda
  • Identify, document and test critical business, operation, process and controls risks.
  • Manage and deploy Policies & Procedures Global Strategy
  • Set up action plans for improvements of the Internal Control and risk management framework in cooperation of BU Controllers, GBS Functions Leaders, GPEX, Global & Corporate Audit.
  • Keep information and communication with key points of Internal Control per region

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?


  • English Advanced is a must
  • Bachelors degree required (Accountant, Administrator Finance or Similar)
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years as total background (Control, Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Analytics, RPA´s, Projects). "Big Four" experience preferred.
  • COSO and SOX Knowledge is a must
  • Understanding of auditing standards, audit techniques and testing and financial/operations controls.
  • Knowledge in risk assessments, risk management, controls, risk-based design and testing requirements, to meet and reflect functional, technical, and regulatory requirements in a cost-effective manner. PREFERRED
  • Tableau or others Analytical, Lean six sigma, Agile or similar methodologies experience. PREFERRED
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as individual will be required to interact with Senior Leadership across BU’s (global communications)
