It Business Analyst Mes

This position is part of an international global team and will support the delivery of IT services to our manufacturing operations in different countries initially in Latin America Region including Mexico. Position as such offers plenty of opportunities to experience global teamwork environments. This role will be based in Mexico, preferred location Monterrey, Mexico City could be taken in consideration as well. In this position, you will support the implementation of Essity's standard Factory IT MES Systems (Manufacturing Execution System), mostly in house developed software Plain. Proficy software from GE will be involved in some of the activities as well.

Who We Are

• Participate in Essity's standard MES System roll-out projects. Projects will be mostly focused on inhouse developed MES called PLAIN

• Participate in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templates

• Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals

• Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process

• Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution

• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification

• Support implementation of to-be processes, incl. training delivery

• Contribute to find and implement effective solutions in a matrix organization

• Support user requests and incidents management

• 3-5 year of experience in Manufacturing

• Bachelor in computer science, business informatics (electronics or industrial engineering) or similar with focus in manufacturing and digital technology

• 2 years' experience in the area of MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

• Knowledge of Plain and Proficy software is a plus

• Experience in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Database

• Experience or interest in Azure environment is a plus

• Have experience working in an Agile development environment, planning and participating in sprints

• Have a passion to share knowledge and motivate others to drive for excellence

• Have strong influencing, communication, written and collaboration skills at all levels within an organization

• MS Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint), PowerBI, Integration into SAP

• English spoken and written, Spanish spoken and written

• Travel up to 25%

• Loves challenges in a complex environment

• Experience in Project Management is a plus
