ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for optimize processes and technological platforms in different business areas by identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions aligned with established requirements and procedures, driving the digital transformation, data & analytics, and process automation agenda. Keep regional and local solutions up to date as necessary, ensuring the efficient implementation of IT solutions in the region, following agreements, and minimizing risks to operations. Supervise the delivery of business projects in IT management, ensuring timely and budgeted execution, maintaining high quality standards.
Reports to: Corporate Senior Business Analyst
Geographic Scope: Mexico and Latam North & Caribbean
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Ensure that regional and local systems are maintained and improved, but within the agreed limit of the regional IT account plan.
- Assist with the preparation of the project definition document, project plans, and phase planning.
- Ensure that IT solutions are defined and delivered according to standards.
- Ensure that quality control procedures are performed accurately..
- Control the handover of project responsibility to the service area.
- Influence relationship-building with key teams and individuals.
- Act as a point of contact for key individuals in the organization.
- Conduct usability requirements analysis, applying tools and methods to identify users' non-functional requirements, characteristics, and functions, and the technical, interpersonal, and physical environment in which the product or system will operate.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering in Systems or related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Data & Analytics.
- Knowledge in automation processes.
- Interpersonal skills (Spanish and English): oral, written, presentation.
- A good understanding of the organization’s IT applications, services provided.
- Innovative thinking with service quality, and its improvement, within limits of costs and business direction
