End User SupportService Owner Digital Workplace Physical Client Location :Mexico Department :Siemens Energy Information Technology Mode of Employment :Permanent Job Description We are looking for an experienced Service Owner for the Digital Workplace Physical Client service (laptops and desktops). This position will own the Physical Client service for the global

End User Services (EUS) delivery team for the Siemens Energy IT Infrastructure organization including Physical Device Management (laptops and desktops) for standard and special use cases, supporting Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management, Software Packaging and Company Portal deployment, Security Implementation, User Hardware Strategy, and related services collaborating with respective stakeholders. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Own and operate the Digital WorkplacePhysical Client services. Service planning including resourcing and commercial aspects in close collaboration with EUS head.

Work closely with IT and the Business to define the managed Physical Client Strategy and Processes. Collaborate with IT Leadership, Service Managers, Architects, Providers, Cross-functional teams, and assigned Project Managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Provide guidance to supplier teams and project managers.

Align with Cybersecurity to ensure all Platform and Management technologies are secure. Service responsibility for the managed Physical Client within the Global EUS Team. Responsibility for the Tools / Modules to manage EUS Processes & Technologies.

Oversee vendors with responsibility to deliver the managed Physical Client services. Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Resolve Major Incidents and coordinate the management of complex technical issues.

Communications and Reporting to IT and Business Leadership. Work with cross-functional teams and User Support teams to maintain best-practices. Closely align with Program / Project Leads on service topics that align with EUS Flexibility to collaborate across time zones.

EU centric support may require irregular hours. WHAT YOU BRING Masters or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration related fields. ITIL Certification preferred.

Microsoft Fundamental and/or Role-Based Certifications (a plus) Proven track record with Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management, Azure AD, MS Defender for Endpoints, ServiceNow for ITSM. Experience deploying solutions using Intune and Azure Active Directory. Experience overseeing a team of service managers and technical experts, Experience with Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction measurement Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practice.

Experience with Agile Service Management (release and deployment strategy). Proven project planning and project management experience. Strong understanding of service planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, SLA management, contract management.

Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Superior written and oral communication skills. Very good service architecture and technical support and documentation skills.

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills. Leadership and team collaboration attributes to motivate others. Ability to work with larger teams to research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, and products as required.

Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
