DirecciónJoin our team as Jr Sales Representative in Oaxaca. You will be responsible to analyze and comprehend information, dynamics and needs to create action plans to maximize sales. Align and agree commercial plans with customers (local negotiations including Convenience, Distributors and Modern Trade). Ensure a flawless execution at point of sales of the assigned territory in line with the commercial plan and established execution.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit the premises of their customers (offices, distribution centers and RE) to find opportunities to improve the rotation of our products.
- Trading volume sales of all categories with each client, according to estimates from each of their accounts
- To strengthen the business relationship with their customers.
- To generate good business relationship with the managers of the different business environments to increase the participation of categories in which it participates.
- Identify development opportunities for external merchandisers to solicit the agency training programs for them.
Your Recipe for Success
• Bachelor's degree.
• Specific Experience Managing: Field sales and Third-party merchandising.
• Knowledge required on: Local market dynamics, Modern Trade key customers
• Proven skills required: Negotiation and operational Discipline.
• Intermediate/advanced English
