What YOU will do?
Ensuring all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and insure the transition to quality volume production.
YOUR profile
- Conversational English (B2, C1, C2)
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree education.
- 0 - 2 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of Quality and Lean methodologies and tools.
- Experience in DFMEA, CAE, CAD, GD&T
- Knowledge of industrialization and project processes, and related management methods, APQP / PPAP processes.
- Self-motivated. Able to meet deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft suit and Google, TeamCenter Cad is a plus. Familiarity with statistical control concepts.
YOUR role
- Responsible for the achievement of quality targets during development steps for one or several vehicles.
- Responsible for delivery ofAPQP-PPAP processes and documentation.
- In charge of activities toavoid issue reoccurrence, control of risks, manage quality convergence paths to reach the expected objectives (APQP-PPAP scope).
- Ensures the achievement of project quality targets defined by BCI Department.
- Responsible for efficient communication between project teams, engineering teams, manufacturing, and other partners.
- Defines actions and deliverables for milestones required at each stage of the development, assesses results, manages KPI’s.
- Applies escalation processes to manage risks of non-compliance and proposes recovery plans.
