Be part of the dynamic team as an Compliance Monitoring Analyst play a crucial role in supporting Novo Nordisk GBS Mexico.
The Position
As a LATAM Compliance Monitoring Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance processes and monitoring activities.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Tracking compliance with internal policies and legal requirements across various areas such as Third-Party Representative (TPR) risk assessment process, TPR Transactions, HealthCare Professionals itransactions, Safeguard alerts, Grants, Donations and Sponsorships, Samples, Events, Employee Expenses, and others.
- Monitoring and following up on business ethics alerts.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across business units to address compliance gaps and maintain accurate documentation.
- Maintaining a tracker of monitoring requests.
- Analyzing data and developing actionable periodic reports for Compliance teams across Brazil and LATAM Regional Office.
Qualifications
- You hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in compliance is a plus.
- Experience in Compliance Monitoring, risk management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Portuguese and Spanish.
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry will be considered as a plus.
