About the role:
As a Lead Account Executive, purpose portfolio growth, as well as the retention and profitability of existing clients assigned to Business/Corporate Banking through negotiation at the managerial level and/or Management of the companies and/or Government. We offer our team continuous learning and material on our payment solutions for card payment acceptance.
 
Be a part of a team where you will:

  • Ability to attract new customers and make sales
  • Generate business relationships with existing customers for greater bonding
  • Proactivity with relationship bankers to achieve the placement of new products
  • Autonomy in the management and development of the assigned portfolio
  • Follow-up of the negotiation process and facilitator with internal areas of EVO to
  • maintain quality standards in the service.
  • Responsible for knowing our means of payment, their strengths and weaknesses against the main competitors in order to develop strategies

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree Completed and/or truncated in Economic-Administrative areas
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in a sales environment
  • Financial and Technology Sector is a plus
  • Own car (indispensable)
  • Management of Office packages
  • Management of CRM and/or ERP is a plus
  • Availability to travel
  • Intermediate-Advanced English with a focus on business
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
