What you will do:

We are committed to helping our customers win and creating greater value for all of our stakeholders in everything that we do.

How you will do it:

• Direct point of contact for business Leaders and employees for all HR related topics.

• Provides support and guidance to leaders on all Workday related transactions .

• Participates with leaders on strategic planning and transformational projects and processes.

• Participates with leaders on operational meetings.

• Open positions follow up (acting as a bridge between Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Manager, Open reqs status, etc.).

• Provides support to execute corporate programs (OTR, BSI, GES, Ethics and Integrity Campaigns, Work Life Balance Initiatives, on boarding, etc.).

• Labor Relationships.

• Ethics Concerns Investigations.

• Disciplinary Actions.

• Execute terminations and paperwork.

• Administration of employee claims and grievances.

• Attends Government Inspections.

• General HR services (badges, debit cards, Medical Insurance, food coupons, etc.)

• Attend local lawsuits and grievances.

• Provides support to local disciplinary actions and investigations.

What we look for:

+5 Years of demonstrated experience in HR Field (HR Business Partner, Benefits & Compensations, Payroll, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition etc.)

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in speaking English

Customer Service skills

Ability to work with a diverse group of people of different departments and management levels.
