You should be passionate about building the right solutions right and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where flexibility and communication is essential.

Responsibilities: Design and develop solutions with the team by following development processes (like SOLID principles, TDD, code reviews…) Maintain team coding processes and standards to produce quality, clean, efficient code with an eye toward maintainability, interoperability and performance Work with the team on project planning and delivery Mentor developers of all skill levels on software development best practices Help identify areas of technical debt as well as help define a technical roadmap to incrementally address them Bring forward ideas to innovate and work with the team to transform ideas to reality. Promote team accountability and autonomy Qualifications: 10 years of software development experience Extensive experience working across the full stack – database, backend and front end Strong modern client-side Javascript skills Strong knowledge of software design, software architecture, and programming best practices Proficient with .

Net Framework and . Net Core Strong OO skills and extensive programming experience in C#. Proficient with building single page applications (SPA)using React.

Proficient with building RESTful web services using Web API Proficient with database design and SQL Proficient with Entity Framework and Linq Proficient in the use of Visual Studio, source control and continuous integration and deployment tools in DevOps Strong experience with agile development methodologies and unit testing System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
