Lean Challenge Program

Lean Challenge is a local and international competition where university students develop Continuous Improvement Projects based on methodology and principles of Quality Wins and Lean Manufacturing.

Your responsibilities

  • Development of a Manufacturing Project, mentored by specialists and managers of area.
  • Perform presentations to managers and staff of activities’ progress during the project, based on chronogram and objectives.
  • Develop tasks and activities to achieve project’s objectives collaborating as part of a team of students previously selected.

    • Your background

  • Student from the last three semesters: Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Desing or related field.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Interested in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
  • Strong oral and written communication Skills.
  • Full time Availability (Summertime).
  • Advanced English Level.
