Accountabilities:

As part of the Global Learning & Leadership Development team, you will support an established portfolio of global offerings that enable employees, managers and leaders to reach their full potential and perform at their best. You will be central to chipping in to the life-long learning culture at AstraZeneca, deploying innovation, transformation and best learning practices. This role works closely with the Global Learning and Leadership Directors and Partners to bring to life the key portfolio areas through excellent organisational skills, key stakeholder engagement, outstanding project delivery, continuous improvement and optimisation. Working as part of an agile team and in partnership with our Global Learning Services, you will support various stages of the learning cycle: research, learning design, solution development, delivery, evaluation for both formal and informal learning.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Agility to support learning engagements across Leader, Manager and Employee focused areas
  • May be required to support various portfolio areas across Coaching and Feedforward, Digital Capabilities, Team Development, key Talent initiatives in both continuous and adhoc offerings
  • Project lead and co-ordinate vendors on all aspects of the learning experience: content curation, graphic design, branding, translation and deployment
  • Engage across various collaborator groups: Leaders, Learners, facilitators, HR partners, Business partners, Global Talent and Development partners, external partners and vendors to successfully deliver an outstanding experience

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to use online project management tools, MS Suite
  • AI and digital learning experience desirable
  • Ability to work virtually across regions and time zones
