GM Financial International Operations conducts business in Latin America and China. International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

The role will be responsible for execution of the commercial leasing strategy ensuring the adequate implementation of dealer and field reps tactic actions and follow up. The person will also be responsible to meet the established leasing KPIs from a commercial perspective Establish along with other areas actions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related areas.
  • Fluent English skills, both verbal and written (Evaluated during interviews).
  • Experience in financial/credit institutions of at least + 3 years.
  • Experience as a sales executive and/or in related areas of at least + 4 years.
  • High level of communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Training skills and effective presentation delivery abilities.
  • Knowledge in:
    • Automotive industry in Mexico.
    • Financing industry in Mexico.
    • Dealership Network Management.
    • Proficient MS Office Skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
    • Availability to travel across Mexico for business purposes.
    • Travel availability of 75%.
  • Development of sales strategy – including field visits, development of content to promote product and training.
  • Field visits to promote the product stablish relationships and gather market insights.
  • Interact with District Managers across Mexico to assure training, promotion and follow-up of leasing plans with the dealership Network.
  • Identify opportunities based on dealer and customer needs to continue improving product and pricing, providing necessary inputs to Marketing
  • Define strategies based on analytical driven decisions and ensure adequate level of reporting.
  • Be the “link” between operational areas and dealers in problem solving, day to day operations and new implementations.
