Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and logistics operation support for the affiliates
- Collaborate with warehouse operation to ensure the inbound shipment and outbound orders are in timely process per the agreed service level agreement
- Collaborate with warehouse operation to ensure inventory accuracy
- Define and review the inventory cycle count process and coordinate annual inventory count.
- Collaborate with the related team to ensure damaged/expired inventories are destroyed timely & regularly.
- Work closely with the team to resolve any logistics-related escalation.
- Collaborate and support team on globally driven projects and annual reporting.
- Review and keep up to date on changes to custom regulations.
- Provide support in warehouse and transportation tender.
- Publish/review Logistics metrics to monitor the performance of warehouse and transportation suppliers and automate reporting.
- Provide support on the continuous improvement to drive efficiency and Gross Margin Improvement initiatives.
- Regular review and update on the playbook to keep it up to date against the actual process.
- Ensure all workflow and processes adhere to the company policy and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of working experience in warehouse/distributor operation, import/export logistics & custom brokerage of global healthcare, medical device, pharma, or FMCG with 1-2 years in a regional cluster.
- Experience using SAP, WMS or TMS is a plus.
- Proactive, strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.
- Computer literacy. Strong in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
