- Pursue Logistics cost savings initiatives (optimize ocean routes, change mode from Air Ocean)
- Lead Global Ocean & Air Bid implementation (Ocean: FCL, LCL, CON - Air: P3/P4)
- Create/Monitor Standard Operation Procedures with logistics service providers
- Monitor potential crisis management situations (weather, port congestion, port strikes)
- Monitor carriers compliance thru Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Implementation/monitoring International ocean consolidation centers
- Lead Origin-Based-Design Project (Consolidation Center invoice validation, claims, other)
- Provide training to Aptiv employees on corporate procedures (Track & Trace, Carrier Problem Case Cost recoveries)
- Corporate escalation liaison between PBU Logistics and Intl. logistics service providers
My Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
- English 90%
- Advanced Excel
- Analytical skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Responsible & able to have flexibility (multi-project management)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Management Capabilities (e.g. Access to facilitate data interpretation)
- Communication skills (Internal Team, Aptiv Business Units, Plants, Carrier Service Providers)
