Job Description & Summary

General Purpose (of the position):

Coordinate through project management techniques, all the the activities required for a successful design, production and deployment of training initiatives

Functions and responsibilities:

General

  • Identify the processes within L&D suitable for simplification and/or automation to  increase process efficiency and improve user experience.
  • Maintain, measure, analyze and report  the  KPIs related to LPs operations to secure time, cost, scope, quality and client experience; and provide Leadership team with insights for decision making.
  • Manage, monitor and control the budget and expenses for all LP programs and initiatives assigned.

Lead Producer:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

  • Working along L&D Strategists to understand the user's needs and define the best strategy to address them, as well as change management activities and maintenance of the learning portafolio.
  • Utilizing instructional design (including design thinking) and project management methodologies (both agile and waterfall) for live/virtual learning solutions;
  • Demonstrating an understanding of regulatory environments including, MX CPE and other technical certifications and it’s requirements and c add compliance standards, and how they apply to virtual and digital delivery formats;
  • Defining, negotiating, documenting, controlling and reporting single or  multiple buckets of budget and expenses, following up and communicating with stakeholders to ensure the application of the rules and procedures established by the L&D PMO and Finance
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and consulting on L&D products and services;
  • Advising on when and how to use live and/or virtual in order to meet specific business outcomes;
  • Leveraging technology to support on demand and live virtual instructor-led training;
  • Consulting with project teams on technology platform recommendations to achieve learning objectives and within program budget, time frame and other constraints;
  • Adapting learning management system functionality to enhance the learner experience;
  • Establishing networks and managing project teams to accomplish implementation, enrollment and/or reporting of agreed plan/program information;
  • Utilizing both external and internal resources across multiple functional groups;
  • Demonstrating knowledge in the five core processes of project management methodologies (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/ control and closing), including skills for understanding user’s needs, scoping and creating project plans, driving milestones, managing to budget, communicating status and escalating risk throughout.
  • Driving course development and delivering project plans through to completion; managing, coordinating and measuring team performance and activities completion through all L&D Chain Value system.
  • Possessing the ability to simultaneously guide and oversee the implementation of multiple programs;
  • Working with key business sponsors and across L&D and other IFS functional teams to deliver a quality learning experience;
  • Managing multiple priorities and proactively troubleshooting and problem solving on a real-time basis, escalating as appropriate;
  • Leveraging presentation and communication skills to effectively work with clients, other stakeholders and other team members;
  • Delivering learning solutions with a focus on customer service and quality in order to enhance the learner experience;
  • Developing and coaching staff and team members;
  • Improving process and technologies to drive efficiencies and to provide a quality learner experience;
  • Applying adult learning theory and instructional design to lead and/or contribute to the development of learning solutions that meet client needs; and,
  • Possessing knowledge of Accessibility standards for inclusion standard

​Demonstrating an extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including:

  • Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping);
  • Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review);
  • Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools;
  • Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, etc.); and,
  • Leveraging the Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.

Academic background:

  • Desirable  bachelor degree in Administrative, Engineering or IT careers
  • Desirable a Project Management related certification as CAMP, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking,  Agile or PMP

Qualifications & Skills:  

  • Medium to high knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Desirable knowledge on Microsoft Project and and/or Visio
  • Desirable experience in data analysis and executive communication at C Suite or director’s level
  • Experience with Google Suite

Work experience and knowledge:

  • General understanding of overall Project Management knowledge areas: Integration, scoping, scheduling, costs, quality, resources management, communications, risks, procurement and stakeholders
