We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Services Analyst
Role Purpose. The Delivery Services (DS) role will execute all elements of HR Operations and Professional Services, as defined in the HR Service Delivery Blueprint.
Delivery Services includes the processes, systems and customer service related to any HR activity that is considered scalable and repeatable.
Main activities:
• Execution of DS strategies (including strategies for Service Management, Workforce Admin – Hiring, Position maintenance and terminations).
• Adhere to governance processes that enable effective service delivery planning activities.
• Ensuring global consistency and quality of HR products and services.
• Ensure all activities adhere to prevailing HSBC and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the team processes that are reviewed annually, updated when required and are audit compliant.

Experience
• Experience or knowledge regarding HR processes, and operation roles.
• Knowledge of HR operation processes (hires, rehires, data changes, terminations).
• Customer Service.
• Knowledge/experience of Document Management.
• Experience as written content creator or editor.
• Experience using Excel for information analysis and data mining.
Desirable
• Desirable knowledge of Success Factors or other HR systems.
Education
• A degree in HR/Psychology/Organizational Development and/or business disciplines such as management, IT or accountings.
• Good working knowledge in MS Office, specially Excel.
Abilities
• Intermediate English Level
• Observance to processes with evaluation criteria..
• Customer care, good skills to provide customer service face-to-face.
• Proactive, empowerment.
• Ability in the calculation of settlements.
