How will you make an impact in this role?

The Insurance Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving continuous growth across all sales channels including outbound, cross-sell, and face-to-face campaigns for all Insurance products; the incumbent to this role will focus on defining strategies to achieve expected goals for each product and channel, make sure acquisition quality is part of every sale to accomplish regulatory requirements and revenue expectations. Role includes defining daily, weekly and monthly strategies, produce necessary reports and details as well as prepare information for senior management sessions.  In addition, role requires close contact with different teams and insurance company contacts to align training, weekly activities to promote products, increase daily goals, increase conversion levels, align communication plans and relevant product messages to make sure a 360-business strategy is applied.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the sales channels to deliver acquisition volume (external and internal insurance policies) and quality targets (product mix and premium mix)

·         Team management and daily follow up on sales and strategy implementation to assure monthly & yearly goals.

·         Define channels strategy and ongoing transformation to continue to gain traffic of prospects to drive scale / relevance of these channels (identify, propose and deploy initiatives to improve performance channel via technological capabilities, process improvement, training, performance management, incentive scheme, scripting, etc.)

·         Manage acquisition budget, maximize investments based on profitability and looking for continuous efficiencies.

·         Vendor management, price negotiation and assure continuous performance review.

·         Maintain sales quality to reduce policy cancellation.

·         Ensure full compliance with local & internal regulatory requirements across all channels.

·         Assure revenue goals, profitability by channel & product.

·         Constant monitoring and analysis of sales metrics, update plan & identify risks & opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

·         5+ years proven experience leading sales teams.

·         Analytical skills and strategic thinking

·         Proven experience in developing, setting up and implementing strategies through telemarketing, Face to Face and other sales channels.

·         Ability to work across matrix structure and identify key decision makers; inspire, influence, work with partners.

·         Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

·         Fluent English and Spanish and superb presentation skills

·         Fast, independent learner

·         Agile, flexible and proactive

·         Customer awareness and service focus

·         Ability to manage and drive multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Knowledge of the Insurance business preferred
