What You Will Do
1.Propose a Market Access strategy in both public and private sectors in the different focus countries and products in the latam region.
2.Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with regulatory authorities, health payers, healthcare professionals, and other relevant stakeholders to build strong relationships and collaborate in achieving common objectives in the high level.
3.Environmental Analysis : Monitor and analyze the competitive, regulatory, and reimbursement environment to identify opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4.Training and Communication : Provide internal teams with training on regulatory and reimbursement and Market Access issues, and effectively communicate strategies and requirements to all stakeholders.
5.Regulatory Compliance : Ensure regulatory and legal compliance in all activities related to Market Access and reimbursement.
6.Health Technology Assessment (HTA) : Participate in health technology assessments to support decision-making related to product introduction to the market.
7.Cost-Effectiveness Analysis : Collaborate in evaluating the cost-effectiveness of products and present relevant data to stakeholders.
8.Ensure that payer and provider needs are represented within H&M strategy. Build and deploy the Market Access Strategy and integrated policy and communications approaches to optimize patient for our H&M products.
9.Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tracking : Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of Market Access and reimbursement strategies.
10.Product Advocacy : Advocate for the acceptance and appropriate access of the company's products, whether at the legislative, regulatory, or health payer level.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years in the health care industry, with at least 5 years specifically in Market Access
- Experience successfully launching new products, achieving formulary access and market share objectives (wound care, incontinent care, vascular care experience a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of Market Access terminology, managed care and healthcare policy, including comprehensive understanding of standard managed contract language
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in healthcare promotions and other compliance-related issues
