Marketing Business Partner

The Role


Solera is seeking an experienced, strategic marketing manager who is passionate about supporting growth, driving brand awareness, and creating great experiences for our customers and prospects across the United States and Canada with a primary focus on our Fleet Solutions business. The role involves partnering cross-functionally with the Business Management, Sales, and Product to design an aligned set of campaigns, tactics, and resources to meet revenue targets. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record for leading marketing go-to-market planning and execution in a B2B technology environment and be results driven, capable of translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate the company’s business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio offerings into formal, integrated marketing plans
  • Understand buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to develop effective campaign messaging
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a digital first strategy, that generate marketing qualified leads from targeted prospects or cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
  • Participate in launch planning for new product offerings working with the product and sales teams leveraging global processes and templates
  • Work with peers from Product and Marketing to create engaging and effective assets and content for websites, campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Forecast and track ROI of campaigns to meet and/or exceed the pipeline, revenue, and retention targets
  • Manage the marketing budget maximizing spend against ROI generating activities
  • Manage the Fleet Solutions’ Partner program, including advising Partners on marketing best practices, periodic newsletter creation, and partner collateral/resource management

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience planning and executing integrated marketing programs across digital marketing, social media, account-based marketing, PR, thought leadership, email, webinars and events
  • Proven experience setting and managing marketing budgets including partners and suppliers
  • Demonstrable goal and KPI attainment (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced matrixed organization
  • Professional, positive, upbeat, and solutions-oriented attitude able to shift gears between thinking and doing across a range of marketing activities
  • Strong project management skills able to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work to deadlines
  • Ability to travel to company, industry, and event locations on occasion
