Marketing Business Partner
The Role
Solera is seeking an experienced, strategic marketing manager who is passionate about supporting growth, driving brand awareness, and creating great experiences for our customers and prospects across the United States and Canada with a primary focus on our Fleet Solutions business. The role involves partnering cross-functionally with the Business Management, Sales, and Product to design an aligned set of campaigns, tactics, and resources to meet revenue targets. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record for leading marketing go-to-market planning and execution in a B2B technology environment and be results driven, capable of translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Translate the company’s business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio offerings into formal, integrated marketing plans
- Understand buyer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape to develop effective campaign messaging
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a digital first strategy, that generate marketing qualified leads from targeted prospects or cross-sell opportunities within existing customers
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience
- Demonstrable experience planning and executing integrated marketing programs across digital marketing, social media, account-based marketing, PR, thought leadership, email, webinars and events
