About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator specializing in the Tampons Segment at Saba Brand, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and driving the success of our products within this fast-growing FemCare segment. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of activities, all geared towards optimizing product positioning, brand recognition, and sales conversion in various channels, with a primary focus on Drug Stores and Self-Service Stores.
What You Will Do
- Strong technical background desired , must work closely with Initiatives team to successfully develop and execute cost saving and innovation projects.
- Holistic Consumer Understanding: Develop a unique and comprehensive understanding of the Tampons Segment consumer within the Saba brand, including their preferences, needs, and behaviors.
- Assortment Strategy: Collaborate with the team to identify the best portfolio assortment, ensuring product superiority and effective positioning within the market.
- Brand Visibility: Create strategies to enhance brand findability, recognition, and storytelling, with a strong emphasis on converting potential buyers.
- Distribution Strategy: Map and optimize distribution channels and routes to market for the Tampons Segment, ensuring efficient product availability.
- Promotional Strategies: Utilize promotional levers to drive customer engagement and sales within the Tampons Segment.
- Pricing Expertise: Implement pricing strategies that maximize both sales and profitability, taking into account market dynamics and competitive positioning.
- Media Mix Optimization: Identify and select the most effective media mix for communication plans and marketing campaigns targeted at the Reusables Segment, optimizing brand visibility.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Technical curiosity to help deliver product innovation along with Initiatives team.
