Marketing & Sales Activation Manager | Mexico City | Hybrid
To inspire, engage and impulse our individualization and health-nutrition mission with our pet professionals (VET & PRO Pillar). Creating a broad appeal of Royal Canin by bringing it as top of mind in Veterinarians, breeders, shelter staff, and pet owners, clearly communicating our nutritional solutions transformational - visible results but also our services beyond the product.
The responsible will be directly accountable for managing a brand with sales of over MXP 800 mio in pet prescribers channels, also accumulating responsibilities to lead specific global initiatives tropicalized to Mexican market. Iin charge to create an ongoing strategic roadmap to move the brand´s growth agenda and lead the organization within and beyond direct control. This is a leadership function that reports into the pet professionals head and will play a key role for developing talent within the broad marketing team (cross-channel).
What are we looking for?
Assume overall responsibility for control of the marketing budget and analysis of ROI
Develop and execute marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share
Lead the development of the annual marketing plan for the VET & Pro Pillar, its strategic planning and deployment including field force activities
Ensure brand communication requirements for our products in promotional materials, print works, events, etc., are consistent with Brand book global guidelines and have a high quality standard
Ensure top marks in the VET pillar Barometer´s evaluating national feedback from veterinarians
Engage, coach and inspire team with a visible leadership approach
Develop successor and drive discipline around development plans
What will be your key responsibilities?
Long term strategy for VET & PRO innovation deployment in Mexico
Develop and deliver a fully integrated marketing strategy for the development of the VET & Pro Pillars for new and existing cat and dog formulas
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer needs in order to define and deploy the right customer acceleration programs focused on enabling pet professionals in terms on equipment, clinic and breeder growth programs, education and services
Work in close collaboration with National Sales Managers in other to ensure best in class deployment execution on the field
This role is responsible of the execution of the different digital services and platforms that are developed for our customers and that are linked to pet owners, translating into training, campaigns and deployment of the right strategy
Lead the relationship with KOLs, associations, colleges and other institutions in collaboration with sci comm to define and execute the education and partnerships strategies
Participate and adhere to all food safety requirements, Quality Management Processes, and site safety programs ensuring that all standards are met. Demonstrate a quality culture in actions, words and spirit
