As a Master Scheduler, you will plan for medium and long term. You will also provide succession planning and backup coverage for current sole Master Scheduler. In addition to helping minimize supply disruption, inflation, and hot shot fees.
As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for:

• Working with the region sales and operations to create the regional forecast (12-18 months) and global forecasts.
• Working with sales&operations team to convert demand plans into physical orders. Understands business trends, opportunities, how they impact demand forecast.
• Analyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
• Planning and scheduling order timelines to be consistent with customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs.
• Assisting with product life cycle management for new and obsolete products to ensure they are incorporated into the SOP process.
• Assisting in driving product line Make to Stock, MTO, Configure to Order, Engineer to Order standards are implemented in SOP process.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be majored in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (5+ years’ experience)
• Experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and management
• Have Intermediate knowledge of Oracle and MRP functionality
• Display Ability to work with and influence stakeholders
• Show Strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgency
• Be better have APICS
