This is a full time position, requiring up to 75% travel to sites in Central and South Mexico.In this Site Sales position, you'll use your professional relationships, technical knowledge and sales and analytical skills to provide value, advice and support for your defined customer base. You will increase customer awareness of our products and services to drive opportunities and increase revenue. The position offers a great opportunity to work with internal and external customers to provide value-adding solutions to your customer's operation.Your responsibilitiesArrange sales calls and meet with customers to sell our aftermarket parts/consumables, rebuilds & modernizations, and services portfolio.Act as the primary customer contact, building and maintaining strong relationships known for excellent customer service.Grow the total profitable revenue at designated sites for all Products and Service-related offerings of FLSmidth.Participate in the proposal phase with technical assistance, equipment specifications, estimations and analysis.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.Propose and implement sales strategies to increase market share; build value propositions and ROI to differentiate FLSmidth.Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales potential, draft proposals and execute projects.Coordinate technical expert communications and visits with customer.Consult with customers on equipment operations, replacement requirements and FLSmidth execution requirements.Complete regular entries and updates in CRM application to include contacts, appointments, opportunities and account plans.What you bringBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.5 years experience in similar positions or in the mining fieldDemonstrated success in direct sales with a proven track record.Preferential consideration given to candidates with direct mining experience.Willingness and ability to travel extensively, adapting to business needs.Strong drive to push sales forward, exhibiting a competitive spirit.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both professional and polished.Proficiency in English is mandatory, while fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.What we offerHealth insurance (seguro de gastos médicos mayores y menores)Savings fund and Christmas allowance (30 days)An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities.We are the world’s leading supplier of plants, machinery, services and spare parts to the cement and minerals industries.
