New Product Development Engineer

• Lead teams in developing and launching innovative New Products while enhancing quality, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches and meet defined metrics.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, including development and tooling expenses, guiding teams to meet cost targets.
• Participate in team performance evaluations, offering leadership and mentorship as needed.
• Communicate project status, execution plans, and processes to senior management.
• Facilitate decision-making processes and coach team members in implementing cross-functional solutions to complex issues.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior management to align objectives and overcome project obstacles.

• Bachelor's degree in a Product Development-related field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, or Design), with at least 5 years of experience in concurrent Product Development (e.g., project management, product design, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to construct cohesive high-performing teams, enhance development processes, and communicate proficiently with colleagues and senior management.
• Preferably, possesses global Product Development expertise, though not mandatory.
• Capable of traveling 10-20%, including internationally.
