* Coordinate systematic tool design and engineering functions for product production using CAD technology.
4 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering.|Experience in Project Management and NPI (New Product Introduction).- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, project management, or new product development engineering.
- Proficiency in various manufacturing processes, such as assembly, casting, forging, injection molding, stamping, and finishing.
- Ability to independently manage multiple complex projects at different stages of development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information accurately across different functions.
- Results-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and SAP.
- Structured, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team, with leadership experience being advantageous.
- Familiarity with DFMA techniques and software.
- Experience with ProE/CREO is beneficial but not required.
- Skilled in conflict resolution.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
