We are looking for a OPERATION MGR MLC talent, to join our specialized LOGISTICS team for our CUMMINS OPERATIONS department for CIENEGA DE FLORES, NUEVO LEON, MEXICO.

In this position you will have an impact by:

-Providing operations leadership for warehouse or Distribution Center.

-Managing overall operation including transportation and packaging.

-Providing safe working environment for all CMI & contract employees.

-Ensuring internal and external customer requirements are met thru the Cummins Operating System (COS).

-Leading efforts within one or more logistics sub-functions.

-Ensuring internal and external customers’ expectations and requirements are met while ensuring supply chain optimization.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

-Databases management and knowledge (Oracle & BlueYonder), as well as MES systems.

-JIT/Kanban systems knowledge; integration between DC and assembly plants (training in 3PL companies the size of Rider/Penske/etc)

-Good management and experience of distribution systems.

-Multisite experience and good stress management.

-CPIM certification required.

-TPS certification required.

-Advanced English.
