What You Will Do
- Comply with quality programming and production.
- Establish multidisciplinary teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase work efficiency
- Implement quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
- Supervises the activities of the team member.
- Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949.
- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-compliance
- Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
- Represent the client's needs in domestic tasks in accordance with the requirements of the Quality System.
- Other activities assigned by manager
- Support for document editing, and VJI problem-solving processing with team leader support.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.
- Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
What You Need
- Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork and respect, Excellence.
- Degree in Engineering
- 1 year of related experience in automotive industry (preference) or electronic manufacturing
- Knowledge IATF 16949
- Knowledge ISO 14001
- Customer specific requirements (applicable)
- Computer knowledge
- English Intermediate 50%
- Work Schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Availability to shift schedules.
