As a logistics Operation Support, you will constantly be in contact with carriers to provide them support.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers.
• Customer support for users of the app.
• Help customers(Carriers) with payments and questions.
• Driver check in process.
• Creation of reporting.

Minimum Requirements
• Studies: High School Degree.
• Language Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

• Schedule: Friday to Tuesday 9:00pm to 5:30am. (We work by the American calendar)
• Contract: Contractor (Prestación de Servicios)
• Places: WeWork Mitikah / Mitikah, Av. Río Churubusco 601, Xoco, Coyoacán, 03330 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México
• Salary: 800 USD + 120 USD (Night Shift Bonus)
