There has been a significant growth in client focus on digitization and bank integration across all client segments due immediate benefits Digital Products can bring to a business including reduced barriers of entry to automation and integration, the industry shift to innovative digital treasury solutions and more efficient treasury functions.

The team covers an extensive array of responsibilities, steering and leading the product development agenda regionally and globally, as well as product commercialization, client adoption, and optimization.

The role requires a proficient understanding of Corporate & Investment Bank’s (CIB) Payments and Liquidity solutions as well as JPMorgan’s connectivity and integration solutions for client ERP and Treasury Management Systems (TMS), the role has a strong technical bias. Understanding of client challenges, industry trends, market pricing and competitive intelligence will be required as inputs into the Digital Channels strategic product roadmap. The role will also help define strategic client process re-engineering recommendations, contribute to business case analyses for clients, and articulate the end-to-end operational efficiencies and benefits of our connectivity and integration capabilities in delivering our global solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Function as subject matter expert across core Digital Channels solutions, Open banking, and emerging technologies integration solutions; including API, host-host, web, SWIFT and mobile platforms.
  • Manage complex product development and migration initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Management leads across the product development lifecycle serving as the voice-of-the-client; assist with concept design, feature development, and preparation for product launch and change for clients as necessary.
  • Engage with internal product partners to understand the impacts of changes associated with the Digital Channel Products, including new processes, tools, communications, and training.
  • Contribute input into marketing strategy and communications plans.
  • Seek opportunities to provide bank representation and influence within key industry standards bodies and workgroups.
  • Revenue management through multi-year forecasting and reducing cost alongside global partners.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated individual with strong business & technical background and excellent problem solving & communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience of Treasury, Cash Management, or technical Product management-oriented roles with specific emphasis on Treasury and Finance (AP and AR) related landscapes
  • Strong payments industry knowledge, specifically of wholesale payments products (Payments, Receivables, Liquidity, Foreign Exchange, Merchant Services) and solid experience of related Digital Channels, open banking, and emerging technologies product sets, including API, host-host, SWIFT, internet and mobile.
  • Expertise and experience in latest technical standards across payments and cash management domains (e.g., JSON, ISO 20022, SWIFT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Finance (ERP), Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other Fintech platforms in the corporate banking space a significant advantage; working knowledge of both legacy and on-premises and latest cloud variants of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms (finance and treasury applications context) preferred.
  • Strong executive management presentation skills and experience leading technology demonstrations, including ability to pitch at the CFO level.
  • Ability to understand, evaluate and articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish – In addition, Portuguese is a differentiator.
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent experience
