As TMS, Dashboard, Data Quality Analyst, you’ll play a vital part in our success You’ll proactively identify issues, mitigating them and achieve best-in-class service to our clients.
Design data clean up routines and automation processes, produce data insights and bridge with the teams by communicating the outputs effectively & collaborate in designing predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
This role will be focused on ensuring Quality Gobernance Model aside TMS activities and Control Tower Performance Management.
This role is key to have our P&G Control Tower Running as per de expectations and to drive Data Analytics which will allow improvement/saving initiatives for P&G.
Key Responsibilities
- Summary and analyse data as business requirement.
- Interpret data insight (actionable information) within data set.
- Generate report/dashboard and visualize analysis result.
- Maintain and monitor report/dashboard.
- Explore and use advanced statistical modelling techniques, make predictions.
- Understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and customer desires to transform the data into tangible actions.
- Create dashboard considering customer needs.
- identify business opportunities, predict customer behaviours and performing statistical analysis.
- Explore and apply statistical models.
- Became an expert on our P&G tool (Orchestrator).
- Lead systems tests & implementation between Maersk & customers tools.
- Responsible of create, compile clean and process data from different sources.
- Responsible to execute and drive analytics in Logistics and Services end to end process.
- Lead, facilitate, own and contribute towards Automation Team
- Set and generate KPI’s, Index’s, models and internal processes.
- Ensure data pipeline is being produced, updated and processes timely.
- Build a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drives cost reductions within the function through Data Insights and Automations.
We are looking for
- BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, International Trade, Logistics, Logistics/Transportation, or related field preferred .
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, software development, automation or and equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Databases knowledge is highly desirable.
- Agile way of working (SCRUM/KANBAN)
- 100% Data driven, Analytical, technical skills and competencies.
- Experience of designing data systems, data modelling, Data Quality.
- Experience in Data visualization
- Advance English- Capable to have business conversations and perform presentations.
- Communication- Ability to perform presentations and to explain complex processes to different auditoriums.
- Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organisation.
- Operational knowledge is a plus (import/export process).
