OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
- Ejecutar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección e integración de nuevos empleados a la organización a nivel nacional así como el seguimiento al proceso de contratación de personal, proponiendo mejoras a fin de optimizar recursos y alcanzar los objetivos del área.

Brindar soporte al área de Nomina, asistiendo en actividades administrativas y relativas a área de compensaciones.
ACTIVIDADES:
- Realizar Preomina.
- Asistencia a los colaboradores, con dudas o preguntas acerca de sus pagos
Compilación de expedientes.
- Registrar actualizaciones en base de datos.
- Realizar credenciales de nuevos ingresos
ESCOLARIDAD:
Psicologia, Administración, Sociología, o a fin.
IDIOMA:
Ingles conversacional (avanzado)
SOFTWARE:
Microsoft Office.
Excel intermedio (indispensable)
