About the Job
As a Procurement Specialist at NielsenIQ, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth execution of procurement processes across multiple regions.
Responsibilities :
- Purchase Order (PO) creation in Ariba for NielsenIQ/Bases projects for NA, Latin America, Europe, and Pacific
- Invoice Submission in Ariba for vendors who are not familiar with the platform.
- Point of contact for Bidding Specialists and vendors for PO requests, invoices, problems, and questions.
- Maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Accounts Payable follow ups on outstanding payments.
- Vendor extensions requests.
- Urgent payment requests.
- Master vendor changes including banking information updates for vendors.
- Manage shared mailbox for ad-hoc requests.
- Drafting emails.
- Escalating requests.
- Make connections with internal teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing or related.
- English level: intermediate-advanced.

- Highly detailed oriented.
- Customer mindset, highly responsive, committed to building partnerships, and comfortable handling urgent requests/situations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.
