¡Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Product and Process Quality Assurance at Chihuahua IRS Plant!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for dock audit.
- Involvement in the quality improvement plan (QIP).
- Verify that release runs, engineering changes and samples comply with the quality system.
- Product and process validation process with different customers.
- Follow up on customer complaints to close them and avoid recurrence.
- Responsible for meeting quality, OEE and CIS objectives in the organization.
- Focus on external and internal customer service.
- Generation/Updating of quality documentation such as 1st and last part, PA, Measurement Guide, etc.
- Certification of Inspectors through R&R studies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Industrial Engineering (preferred)
- 2 years automotive industry, 8D's, Ishikawa, A3
- Customer relationship, SPC, problem analysis
- Microsoft Office, PBI and Minitab (preferred)
- English 80% of proficiency
- Blueprint interpretation
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard
