Confirm product structure and instructions detailed by Product Order Engineers are correct based on customer requirements. Direct issues found during checking process back to Product Order Engineer. Release complete and correct product structure and instructions to manufacturing. Provide or coordinate the continuing education and development needs of the Product Order Engineers and Analysts. The Team Lead will be proficient in marking-up minor modifications to detail drawings. Will provide problem resolution for Product Order Engineers, document best practices for use by the Order Engineering department and mentoring all members of NA OE team.

- Receive orders and proactively identify special project needs or engage manufacturing when necessary to confirm non-standard customer requirements. Set priority of work and outline the priorities with assigned Product Order Analysts – lead bi-weekly BAROL meetings.
Collaborate and Communicate
- Communicate with stakeholders as necessary to ensure proper form, fit, and function of the construction. Serve as central point that ties manufacturing information, product applications, and product engineering information to valve assemblies
Checking
- Confirm product structure and instructions detailed by Product Order Engineers are correct based on customer requirements by validating form-fit-function, ensuring correct application of ANSI pressure and temperature tables related to valve pressure boundary material applications, and conducting a review of shaft/stem load limits.
- Direct issues found during checking process back to Product Order Engineer to reinforce learning and ownership of work.
- Release complete and correct product structure and instructions to manufacturing. Provide or coordinate the continuing education and development needs of the Product Order Engineers and Analysts
PE Lite
- Proficient in marking-up minor modifications to detail drawings as necessary to support special constructions.
- Provide problem resolution for Product Order Engineers to include technical applications, product function, and constructions. Document best practices for use by the Order Engineering department and other engineering disciplines.
Training
Professional Degree Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Mechatronic). Other technical degree with applicable work experience to be considered.
Experience Requirements :
Must have experience in Order Engineering, preferred 3+ years competent performance as a Product Order Analyst:
- “Meets Expectations” or higher performance rating
- High-level of ownership of daily work and growth opportunities
- Strong ability to teach and guide engineers Demonstrated ability to drive improvement ideas and corrective actions
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
